The Council of
the Lead Contractors Association consists of representatives of LCA member companies. Operating on a purely
voluntary basis, the Council has the collective overall responsibility
for the decision making process with regard to the day to day affairs
of the Association.
Under an elected Chairman serving a two year term, the Council has a
committee based structure that deals with the main areas of operations.
Each committee chairman reports back to the full Council, which meets
at least five times each year.
